Emotional intelligence, as defined by Cambridge Dictionary, is the ability to understand the way people feel and react and to use this skill to make good judgments and to avoid or solve problems.
In this workshop, Dr. Ma'moun Mobayed, Consultant Psychiatrist and the Director of the Treatment and Rehabilitation Department at the Behavioral Healthcare Center, will identify the emotional intelligence and will talk practically about its value in our life. Dr. Mobayed will answer questions such as: How can we measure emotional intelligence? How can we improve it? How can we maintain an emotionally intelligent environment?
