In collaboration with Little Thinking Minds, the Children’s Library is pleased to announce the Summer Reading Challenge!

Seize what is left of the summer and encourage your kids to read. Summer reading helps avoid summer reading loss, better known as the summer slide. Those who finish the challenge will receive special prizes to enjoy, including various books to read and own, certificates, and more.

The starting date of the competition is 1 July 2023 and it will end on 20 August 2023. Winners will be announced in September.

Steps for participating in the reading challenge:

• Finish all the tasks for all the books mentioned below according to the age group (Reading, Listening, Quiz)
• Submit a video recording via email d.kaloti@littlethinkingminds.com
• Ages 6-4, read 20 books and record a one-minute video reading a book of your choice
• Ages 7-9, read 30 books and record a one-minute video reading a book of yourchoice
• Ages 10-14, read 40 books and record a one-minute video reading a book of your choice
