Qatar has recently approved accession to the Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired or Otherwise Print Disabled.

This workshop aims to raise awareness in Qatar of the benefits of the treaty, encourage ratification and provide guidance on implementing the treaty's guidelines nationally.
