On the occasion of International White Cane Day, which celebrates the movement of blind people from dependency to full participation in society, the Library will host a lecture and workshop for visually impaired people, led by Faisal Mohammed Al-Kooheji, Legal Advisor, North Oil Company, and Chairman of Qatar Social and Cultural Center for the Blind.
