The Library will host one of the most important and largest science competitions in Qatar. Over two days, more than 300 students from schools in Qatar will design and program robots to perform specific tasks:

1. Line Following 

Each team will design a robot to follow a straight line as quickly and as accurately as possible. The jury will select qualifying teams for the second round base on:

• Accuracy
• Speed
• Compliance with set specifications

2. Sumo Wrestle

Two robots will engage in sumo wrestling matches. Each match has three rounds of three minutes each, with a one-minute break in between.

The public is invited to attend this exciting competition.
