In this night of poetry, the ancient art of maqâm music will meet with the infinite beauties of Arabic poetry.
The French Embassy in Doha & the French Institute, in partnership with Msheireb Museums, Qatar National Library & the Institute du Monde Arabe in Paris would like to invite you to attend the Night of Poetry event with artists Aïcha Redouane and Habib Yammine.
On this very special evening, our two artists will be chanting along the sounds of oud, qanun & nay in parallel with a capsule exhibit of rare manuscripts showed by the Qatar National Library.
