Qatar National Library, as the IFLA MENA Regional Office, invites you to the "Librarians for Libraries" program, which aims to develop librarianship skills in the MENA region through virtual sessions covering a variety of topics.
This session, "Artificial Intelligence in Libraries: Experiences Around the World," explores how AI technologies are reshaping library operations globally. Participants will gain valuable insights into key AI applications such as smart recommendation systems, chatbots for user support, automated indexing and cataloging, and predictive analytics for collection development.
The workshop will highlight how AI can enhance user experiences, improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making within library environments. It will also offer practical examples of how libraries are already using AI tools to optimize services, personalize interactions and stay relevant in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Join us to explore how AI can empower libraries and elevate the impact of their services in the age of intelligent technology.
