“Jerusalem is my city … I could be wrong, as Jerusalem is not only my city, it is the city of all the honorable and those who love justice and peace."
In celebration of World Book Day in April, the Palestinian historian Mrs. Suhad Kulaibo, author of several books about Jerusalem, will take us on a journey through the history of the ancient city. She draws from scholars of history, religions, relics and languages to explore the emergence of this blessed city, which was founded by tribes migrating from the Arabian Peninsula in search of water and grass more than 7,000 years ago. She will also take us through the synagogues in the mountains of Jerusalem, which stood witness to miracles, messengers, prophets and their companions, who left us a great legacy. Mrs. Kulaibo will sign copies of her books as well.
