This contest is open to all community members who meet the following conditions:\n\nYou must be a Qatari citizen or resident\nThe top three participants in last year's contest may not enter this year\nPlease make sure your recordings use the correct Arabic pronunciation and vocal harmony\n\nYou may submit more than one recording for the contest. Please submit your recordings to: anaddaf@qnl.qa.
