DESCRIPTION:Qatar National Library is hosting the 'My Library' video competition to give our members the chance to tell us what the Library means to them.\nIf you are a member\, we would love to hear about your experiences and how the Library has impacted you. \nEligibility: Library members (13 years and older)Video Theme: Create a video that showcases your unique experience as a Library member. Share what you love about the Library\, your favorite memories\, the impact it has had on your life\, or any special moments you've had while being a member. Video Length: The length of the video should be no longer than 1 minute maximum. Content Guidelines:• Highlight the Library's role in your life. • Share stories or experiences that illustrate your connection with the Library. • Feel free to use creativity\, humor\, or emotion to convey your message. You can create the video in either of the following formats: Option 1:  Film with audio• The video should be filmed in high quality\, preferably using a smartphone or a camera that records in high resolution. • Ensure suitable lighting during filming to make your video visually appealing and easy to watch. • Use appropriate instrumental music. Ensure the background music you use is without vocals to maintain the focus on the spoken content. • Ensure that you mention and incorporate the name of Qatar National Library to specify your experience. Option 2: Animated video with text • You can create an animated video with text using any animation software program of your choice to convey your experience of being a Library member. • Use relevant elements to describe your experience. • Ensure the text is large\, easy to read and there is enough time for the user to read it. • Voiceover in this format is optional. • Use appropriate instrumental music. • Ensure that you mention and incorporate the name of Qatar National Library to specify your experience.How to Submit:• Upload your video on Instagram as a reel. • Ensure your account is public. • Use the hashtag #QNLMemberStory in the caption.Technical Specifications:• Resolution: Instagram Reels dimension (1920*1080) • Audio: Ensure clear audio quality. Avoid background noise. • Submissions should be original work and not infringe on any copyrights. • Language: Videos can be submitted in either English or Arabic. Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 10 November 2023.  How to Submit: • Upload your video on Instagram as a reel. • Ensure your account is public. • Use the hashtag #QNLMemberStory in the caption. Judging Criteria: • Creativity and originality • Emotional impact • Relevance to the theme • Overall production quality Prize: • The top video will be showcased on our official Library social media channels. • The winner will receive an iPad. Rights: • By submitting your video\, you grant us the right to use and showcase your video on our official platforms with appropriate credits. Promotion: • We encourage participants to share their video entries on their own social media channels using the hashtag #QNLMemberStory.\n \nDate: 10 October - 10 November 2023 \nLanguage: Arabic and English \nTarget Audience: General public
