The program is based on the Six Thinking Hats model\, which enables participants to understand different thinking styles and apply them consciously in discussions\, problem-solving\, and decision-making. \nThroughout the program\, participants explore the characteristics of each thinking hat and learn how to use them effectively in appropriate contexts. This approach enhances critical thinking\, communication skills\, and respect for diverse viewpoints.
