His impressive background includes serving as Director of the Culinary Arts program at IP Duoc UC Valparaíso, earning a leadership diploma from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and curating the menu for the Chilean Pavilion at Expo Dubai 2020, showcasing the flavors and produce of his home country. He is currently the Centre Director of ICCA Abu Dhabi.
