The world is grappling with an unprecedented public health emergency and the colossal economic and social woes that it brought. At the same time, many nations are battered by growing polarization, bigotry, hate and xenophobia. Uncertainty, complexity and ignorance are making it hard to see the future.
In these uncertain times, how can we navigate after COVID-19 and what kind of future are we going to build? What challenges are we going to confront? Ziauddin Sardar, a Pakistani-British polymath, writer, cultural critic and founder of the postnormal times theory, will discuss these and other issues about the future in this special lecture.
The event will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams.
