Join us for the fourth session in the "Cultural Salon" series, organized in collaboration with Hamad Bin Khalifa University, in a captivating poetry evening where we listen to a selection of poetic verses addressing the themes of struggle, resilience, and the Palestinian cause.
Distinguished poets will read some of their poems accompanied by the enchanting melodies of the oud within the premises of Qatar National Library.
Participating Poets:
Anas Al-Dogheim: A Syrian poet whose works include the poetry collections Exile, Al-Judi and Ibrahim, and the novel Philosophers in Cell 25.
Ahmed Al Muftah: A Qatari poet, actor, and theater director with a bachelor's degree in Arabic language and media from Qatar University. Since 2008, he has been the Head of the Drama and Texts Department at Qatar Radio - Qatar Media Corporation. He is also the author of a printed book titled Words Without Borders.
