We invite plant lovers, urban gardening enthusiasts, and anyone interested in the environment and sustainability to join our monthly gathering. Whether you are a beginner, experienced, or eager to learn, we meet on the last Saturday of each month at the Library to share knowledge, exchange tips, connect with others, and take part in a variety of gardening activities.
To mark the launch of the Library's Chat & Plant Community, Amal Rihan, a permaculture specialist and trainer in sustainable agriculture, will deliver a workshop titled “Basics of Gardening for Beginners.” The session introduces participants to the fundamentals of gardening, offers a forum to exchange experiences and tips, and includes a practical, hands-on planting activity.
