The term Harmoniemusik is usually used to describe a wind chamber ensemble of flexible instrumentation. In the 18th century, this type of performance was frequently found at the court and salons of Europe.
Members of the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra will perform pieces for wind octet by Rossini, Haydn, Beethoven and Dvořák in the final concert of the Philharmonic at the Library Series 2022-23.
