"The Cultural Salon" is a platform that promotes dialogue and communication with subject-matter experts, with the aim of creating a positive atmosphere that enriches culture and raises public awareness through a series of periodic events, organized in collaboration with Hamad Bin Khalifa University.

The first event will be a discussion about the effects that the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ has had on Qatar and the region. The session will be moderated by His Excellency Saad Mohammed Al-Rumaihi, President of the Qatar Press Center, and will also feature:

• Dr. Ibrahim Arafat, Professor of Political Science at Hamad Bin Khalifa University
• Ayman Jada, broadcaster & sports commentator, and former director of beIN Sports
