The word Dakka, "a traditional Qatari term meaning a long seat", symbolizes gathering, comfort, and togetherness. Inspired by this spirit, the festival invites the community to come together in a welcoming space to celebrate Qatar’s culture, creativity, and national pride.

Enjoy a vibrant day filled with family-friendly activities and traditional and cultural experiences that highlight Qatar’s rich heritage and dynamic present.

This event is part of the Cultural Mosaic program, a series that celebrates the beauty and richness of Islamic culture and civilization, as well as the appreciation of global cultural diversity.
