Dr. Sami Hermez is an associate professor in residence of anthropology and the director of the Liberal Arts Program at Northwestern University in Qatar. His upcoming book, My Brother, My Land: A Story from Palestine, explores a Palestinian family’s efforts to resist Israeli settler colonialism.
