STEM Day at QNL seeks to explain to the public how physics is changing our daily lives and describe how physics contributes important technical and cultural benefits to our modern society. The event is an opportunity to raise enthusiasm among Qatar's youth about physics and science.

This month we will show how airplanes fly, and answer questions such as: Can an an airplane stay in the air without moving? What keeps a plane in the air? How does a wing generate lift? Join us! Knowing how flying works is fun, and can cure your flying phobia.
